Capstone project — a web-based health record system for Barangay San Isidro's health center, replacing paper index cards for 2,300+ residents. Built with PHP/Laravel and MySQL, deployed on the barangay's donated PC. Features patient records, vaccination tracking, and monthly DOH report generation that used to take the midwife three days — now one click.

Undergraduate research paper (2nd author). We trained a lightweight gesture-recognition model on 4,500 samples of 30 common FSL signs, achieving 91.2% accuracy on a laptop webcam with no GPU. Presented at the 2025 PUP College of Computing Research Colloquium.
