Portfolio.ph ("the Platform") is operated by John Raymond C. Ledesma. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Portfolio.ph

The Platform is free and open to Filipino learners and educators. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Provide truthful information, including your birthdate, so that safety protections for minors work correctly.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your portfolio. By using the Platform, you grant us only the permission needed to store and display your content according to the visibility settings you choose. You are responsible for the content you upload and for your choice to make any of it public.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials;
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Attempt to access other users' private data or disrupt the Platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free service, provided as-is

The Platform is offered free of charge and "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable and secure, we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Platform.

5. Ending your use

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. This action is permanent.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Platform grows. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
