Led a 340-member student organization for AY 2024-2025. Organized 6 workshops (Git, web dev, cloud basics), a mentorship program pairing 45 freshmen with upperclassmen, and our first inter-university coding cup with 8 participating schools.
💭 Reflection
Leading volunteers is nothing like leading a class project. People give their time only if the mission is worth it — I learned to over-communicate the why, delegate for real, and say thank you constantly.
